PARIS FASHION WEEK | JEAN PAUL GAULTIER FALL WINTER 2014 HAUTE COUTURE

6.8.13

Here are the pictures I took sitting front row at Jean-Paul Gaultier Haute Couture show last month.

Circus chique is what I'd like to call this collection. With hair literally rising to new hights, Jean Paul Gaultier did not shy away from color nor print. The silhouettes are so dramatic - they look like they'll meow when touched - the perrrrrfect leopard print for this show was created by Odile Gilbert. Nothing cutesy here, it's all about female empowerment.

I can't call Gaultier's creations "clothes". They're masterpieces, works of art. Believe me, if you'll ever get the chance to see his work in real life, you'll never call JPG's creations "clothes" again.

Pictures by me.

Two days before Paris Fashion Week I've been trying to fall asleep watching the movie "Il Bisbetico Domato", starring Adriano Celentano & Ornella Muti. I remember myself being stoned by Ornella's beauty and Adriano's charisma.

Three days later, I had the pleasure of meeting Ornella at Ulyana Sergeenko's show. For the first time in my whole life I've become starstruck... and be honest, isn't she the most beautiful woman EVER? For those, who haven't seen Adriano & Ornella play together, watch the clip below. Their duo is perfection!
